Requirements

  • Detail moderately to sophisticated business requirements, data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis.
  • Produce data sets, reports, ad-hoc requests, dashboards, etc.
  • Conduct data analysis.
  • Build, validate, and operationalize AI and analytics solutions in a secure healthcare environment.
  • Support Azure Fabric migration by developing reusable data models, pipelines, semantic layers, AI-ready datasets, and governance-aligned reporting assets.
  • Accelerate delivery of predictive analytics, natural language processing, automation, anomaly detection, and self-service intelligence.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of report analysis and development.
  • Triage intake of data requests and seek an understanding of business needs.
  • Apply knowledge of healthcare and critical thinking skills in the analysis of business requests.
  • Provide sophisticated report and data analysis.
  • Participate in re-engineering operational work-flow processes.
  • Solid understanding of build concepts, Epic migration paths, change control process/governance, and ticket management process.
  • Lead and evaluate process and requirements analysis, including process mapping, requirement elicitation, stakeholder analysis, and specification gathering on complex projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor support and assistance.
  • Handle relationships with external vendors.
  • Provide guidance and leadership on quality assurance and testing initiatives.
  • Lead teams through complex integrated testing processes.
  • Manage testing projects.
  • Contribute to strategy discussions by proactively identifying options with associated pros and cons.

Responsibilities

  • Work with end-user requests to detail moderately to sophisticated business requirements, data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements to support enterprise data intelligence projects.
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business/clinical needs and data elements required or available.
  • Produce data sets, reports, ad-hoc requests, dashboards, etc.
  • Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions.
  • Provide specialized expertise needed to build, validate, and operationalize AI and analytics solutions in a secure healthcare environment.
  • Support Azure Fabric migration by developing reusable data models, pipelines, semantic layers, AI-ready datasets, and governance-aligned reporting assets.
  • Accelerate delivery of predictive analytics, natural language processing, automation, anomaly detection, and self-service intelligence to reduce manual analysis, surface risks earlier, and improve decision speed across the organization.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of report analysis and development.
  • Triage intake of data requests and seek an understanding of business needs.
  • Apply knowledge of healthcare and critical thinking skills in the analysis of business requests and make recommendations for solutions to solve challenges.
  • Provide sophisticated report and data analysis with the help of team members, vendors, and/or other EIS department contacts; provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.
  • Participate in re-engineering, as needed, operational work-flow processes with end-users/business owners.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of build concepts, Epic migration paths, change control process/governance, and ticket management process.
  • Lead and evaluate process and requirements analysis, including process mapping through current flow charts, documents, future needs/plans, requirement elicitation, stakeholder analysis, and specification gathering on complex projects. Using current and projected data, provide recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor support and assistance for larger and more complex projects as well as in resolving increasingly complex or critical issues in assigned areas. Handle relationships with external vendors.
  • Independently provide guidance and leadership on quality assurance and testing initiatives. Demonstrate ability to lead teams through complex integrated testing processes. Manage testing projects as necessary.
  • Contribute to strategy discussions by proactively identifying options with associated pros and cons with EIS team members and others.
