The lead connects business stakeholders seeking AI-powered solutions, IT teams adopting AI to improve delivery, and governance partners responsible for safe, compliant, and trusted use. The role defines the enterprise AI adoption strategy, champions AI across the organization, identifies and delivers high-value business use cases, and leads adoption of AI tools in IT and engineering. Success in the first 12 months includes establishing an operational adoption strategy and governance framework, scaling business use cases with measured ROI, increasing active use of enterprise AI tools, improving engineering delivery metrics, establishing an operating governance council, and avoiding material AI-related compliance or risk incidents.
