About The Position

You will help enterprise customers turn Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into measurable business value by identifying use cases, prototyping solutions, and driving adoption. You’ll work directly with customers and business leaders, partner with AI engineering and solution architecture teams, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field (recent graduates encouraged)
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and/or RAG via coursework, internships, research, hackathons, personal projects, or professional experience
• Experience experimenting with platforms such as Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or similar technologies
• Ability to build or prototype solutions using Python or a similar programming language
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers and explaining technical concepts in business terms
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify and shape high-impact AI opportunities
• Lead and participate in AI discovery sessions and workshops to surface valuable use cases
• Translate business challenges into practical Generative AI, Agentic AI, and automation solutions
• Build and prototype AI solutions using technologies such as Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, AI Agents, and RAG
• Develop integrations and prototypes with Python, APIs, and cloud technologies
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, trainings, and executive presentations to drive adoption
• Explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders in clear business terms
• Measure outcomes such as productivity improvements, time savings, automation, adoption, and ROI
• Identify opportunities to expand successful solutions across teams and functions
