About The Position

The AI Enablement Consultant drives organisation-wide AI adoption, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and align with strategic goals. Acting as a bridge between business units and the AI Enablement team, this role identifies high-impact opportunities, shapes initiatives from concept to implementation, and embeds best practices for sustainable success. By promoting governance, enabling training, and providing hands-on support, the consultant helps integrate AI into everyday operations. This will unlock efficiency, innovation, and smarter ways of working in collaboration with Agent Developers and Copilot Specialists.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, think logically, and analyse information effectively
Clear and confident communicator, able to convey ideas effectively to a range of audiences
Experience managing several ongoing projects or initiatives at the same time
Ability to adjust quickly and effectively when circumstances or priorities change
Familiarity with training approaches and experience collaborating with training teams to support platform-related learning
Proven experience managing stakeholders at different levels
Educated to degree level in a technology related subject, or evidence equivalent experience
Proactive in developing your own knowledge and skills, with a willingness to learn and grow independently

Responsibilities

Identify & Deliver AI Solutions: Work with business teams to uncover AI opportunities, shape strategic use cases, and guide them from concept to production, ensuring readiness, adoption, and measurable value
Enable Adoption & Best Practices: Design engaging training, promote consistent standards in usability, governance, and risk management, and embed AI into everyday operations
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner across IT, marketing, customer service, and more to align initiatives, scale solutions, and drive creative applications of AI that enhance business outcomes
Monitor & Improve: Track adoption, costs, and benefits while fostering continuous improvement and innovation in AI performance
Provide Expertise & Share Knowledge: Offer technical guidance on AI platforms, troubleshoot issues, and actively share insights to shape the organisation’s AI strategy
Engage Stakeholders & Lead Change: Build support for AI initiatives and manage change to ensure smooth, successful implementation
