About The Position

Easterseals MORC is seeking an AI-Driven Project Manager to identify, develop, implement, and optimize artificial intelligence solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness within the contracting, provider network services, and corporate compliance teams of the Legal & Compliance Department. This role is pivotal for leading AI adoption and business process transformation, collaborating with various departments including legal, compliance, contracting, provider network, insurance, real estate, construction, and operations. The objective is to automate tasks, redesign workflows, and implement AI-enabled solutions, transforming manual processes into scalable, technology-driven solutions that enable a lean nonprofit to maximize output while upholding compliance, quality, and operational integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, healthcare/public administration, project management, or related field.
  • At least three (3) years of project management, process improvement, product management automation, technology implementation, or related experience.
  • A valid driver’s license in the State of Michigan.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation, AI tools, business intelligence solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, implement, and optimize sophisticated artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Improve efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness across contracting, provider network services, and corporate compliance teams.
  • Serve as the dedicated leader for AI adoption and business process transformation within the department.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, contracting, provider network, insurance, real estate, construction, and operational teams.
  • Identify opportunities to automate work, redesign workflows, and implement AI-enabled solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to transform manual and administrative processes into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
  • Ensure maintained compliance, quality, and operational integrity while doing more with less.
