We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Corporate Real Estate Technology to join our team. In this role you will learn real-world analytics experience, technology infrastructure relationships, project competency. As a CRE Technology Summer Intern at JLL, you will: Assist in project refreshing outdated FMS sites to enhance end user experience. Review asset inventory dashboard data for accuracy. Document technology experience within the office. Audit printer configurations to verify recent updates. Audit equipment deployment locations in Google Maps. Complete other duties as assigned. Program Details Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026 Location: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Computer Science and/or focusing on Data Analysis.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently on projects.
  • Some comprehension of networks and computer infrastructure.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
  • Permanent US work authorization required.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project refreshing outdated FMS sites to enhance end user experience.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Develop Agents to solve for agreed use case on Worknext, Engage AI and Application Licensing programs
  • Overseeing and managing the program of work identified
  • End of program presentation outlining the project and process along with determination of how the program has yielded benefits to JLL
