About The Position

Pisces Healthcare Solutions is seeking a technically strong, forward-thinking AI Developer to join their team. This role will focus on solving real business problems through intelligent systems and automation, building AI-powered customer experiences, integrating backend systems, and optimizing workflows. The AI Developer will work closely with the IT team and business stakeholders to design and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and digital capabilities. This position is crucial for the development of a new AI-enabled company website and the integration of intelligent workflows within NetSuite ERP. The company is a Veteran-Owned, Mission-Driven, Fast-Growing Industry Leader in healthcare technology, serving the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
3–7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or related technical roles.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
Experience integrating AI capabilities into web applications and business systems.
Strong API integration and backend development experience.
Advanced SQL and data management skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar ERP platforms.
Experience supporting eCommerce or B2B distribution websites.
Familiarity with LLM technologies such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI and prompt engineering techniques.
Experience building recommendation systems, AI search tools, or chatbots.
Knowledge of MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with healthcare, medical supply distribution, or government contracting environments.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven features for a new customer-facing website, including intelligent product search and recommendation engines, AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants, and automated content generation and personalization tools.
Integrate AI solutions with NetSuite ERP to improve order processing and tracking, inventory visibility and forecasting, and customer insights and account management.
Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI workflows to improve operational performance and customer engagement.
Utilize modern AI tools, APIs, and LLM technologies to accelerate development and improve user experience.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting AI models and real-time functionality.
Monitor and optimize AI system performance, model accuracy, and usability.
Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with applicable standards, including HIPAA where applicable.
Document system architecture, integrations, and workflows to support scalability and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and innovation.
