About The Position

Join our EY Assurance service line within the FSO (Financial Services Office) Labs team, where we develop advanced technologies in AI, automation, and data analytics for the financial services industry. You will join a group of experienced professionals with deep technology expertise and business understanding, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and actionable audit technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems management, accounting, finance or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, planning design, development, testing, and deployment
• Experience with enterprise integration design patterns, microservices design and development, and middleware platforms including integrations, or application programming interface (API)
• Experience with Azure cloud services and deployment strategies
• Experience implementing and optimizing data structures for efficient data storage and retrieval in applications
• Minimum of 2 years of software development experience in Python, and frontend technologies (preferably Angular or React)
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations

• Integrating AI/ML features into production applications
• Translating business requirements into software design and managing the development lifecycle
• Deploying applications on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Storage and Azure Functions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement secure web applications
• Designing and maintaining big-data solutions such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular
• Proficiency in programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, C++, C#, Java, TypeScript, Hive, R, or NoSQL
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
