About The Position

We're looking for an AI Designer who can create high-quality brand assets using the latest generative AI tools. This isn't a traditional graphic design role, nor is it simply about writing prompts. It's a production-focused role where you'll combine strong design fundamentals with technical expertise in AI to create polished, client-ready visuals efficiently and at scale. You'll work across a variety of projects, producing marketing assets, branded graphics, campaign visuals, social content, presentations, mockups, and other visual deliverables. You'll know how to leverage AI to accelerate production while maintaining consistency, quality, and brand standards. The AI landscape is evolving rapidly. We're looking for someone who's constantly exploring new tools, refining workflows, and finding better ways to produce professional creative assets.

Requirements

• Producing professional visual assets using leading generative AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, spacing, and composition.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
• Advanced prompting techniques and iterative AI workflows.
• Experience refining AI-generated content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design software.
• Ability to balance speed, consistency, and quality while managing multiple creative projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, production-ready work.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a desire to continuously improve your workflows.

Responsibilities

• Producing branded visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, advertising, and client projects.
• Creating graphics, layouts, mockups, product visuals, illustrations, icons, and other design assets using generative AI.
• Developing efficient prompting techniques and repeatable workflows that consistently produce production-ready results.
• Editing, refining, and enhancing AI-generated assets to meet professional design standards.
• Maintaining visual consistency across projects while following established brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with creative teams to translate briefs into polished visual deliverables.
• Preparing assets for various digital platforms and marketing channels.
• Testing new AI models, platforms, and workflows to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
• Organizing prompts, templates, and internal resources that help streamline creative production.
