About The Position

Paysafe is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to bring discipline, clarity, and compelling communication to its rapidly advancing AI initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, strategic communication, and organizational change. The AI Delivery Lead will own the intake and prioritization of AI-powered initiatives, ensure delivery progress with visibility and accountability, and communicate AI progress to stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is making AI accessible, relevant, and exciting to all employees globally, designing guardrails for responsible AI use while removing unnecessary barriers. The ideal candidate is energized by turning ambiguity into momentum and bringing an entire organization on a journey.

Requirements

  • Background in delivery leadership or program management, ideally with exposure to technology or product organizations.
  • Experience working in or alongside engineering teams.
  • Natural communicator who can write executive summaries, run prioritization sessions, and present to large audiences.
  • Understanding of agile and lean delivery principles and their pragmatic application.
  • Genuine energy and conviction for AI as a capability.
  • Experience thinking about adoption as a design problem, not a communications afterthought.
  • Experience bringing skeptical or hesitant audiences along on a change journey.
  • Belief that governance done well creates freedom, not friction.
  • Ability to operate well in ambiguity and solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML product development cycles and what makes GenAI initiatives different from traditional software delivery.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building measurement frameworks to quantify productivity, efficiency, or capability gains.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, or similar portfolio management platforms.
  • Prior experience working directly with a CTO, Chief Architect, or senior technical executive.

Responsibilities

  • Design and operate the intake process for AI initiative requests, creating structure and managing prioritization against strategic value, feasibility, and capacity.
  • Partner closely with GenAI Engineers to track progress, surface blockers, and manage Work In Progress (WIP) discipline.
  • Drive accountability without micromanagement.
  • Build and maintain the narrative around AI initiatives, translating technical progress into business outcomes.
  • Develop executive-ready communications for board and leadership updates.
  • Create mechanisms to capture and share AI wins across the organization.
  • Serve as a global advocate for AI adoption, identifying opportunities to solve problems, eliminate friction, and unlock efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver enablement content, internal campaigns, and practical guidance for employees at all levels.
  • Support the community of practice around AI usage, creating spaces for sharing and collaboration.
  • Partner with HR, communications, and regional leads to ensure global AI adoption messaging is effective.
  • Close the gap between AI solution builders and users.
  • Steward a lightweight AI governance framework that enables speed and experimentation while managing risk.
  • Define clear guidance on AI tool usage across different contexts.
  • Work with Legal, Compliance, and Security to translate requirements into practical, people-friendly policy.
  • Establish feedback loops to evolve the governance framework.
  • Make responsible AI use a source of organizational pride and competitive differentiation.
