About The Position

This role focuses on managing AI delivery projects, acting as a key interface between business sponsors and technical teams. The responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, managing stakeholder expectations regarding AI capabilities, and guiding solutions through various review processes (security, legal, privacy, responsible AI). A significant part of the role involves ensuring value realization by defining and tracking benefit metrics, managing AI platform and inference costs, and partnering with teams to drive post-launch adoption.

• Experience in stakeholder and governance management.
• Ability to manage AI platform and inference cost.
• Experience in defining and tracking benefit metrics.
• Familiarity with security, legal, privacy, and responsible AI review processes.
• Experience in documenting model use, data handling, and approved use cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for business sponsors — running discovery sessions, demos, steering reviews, and executive status reporting.
• Calibrate stakeholder expectations on what current AI can and cannot reliably do, and manage the gap between demo and production.
• Shepherd solutions through security, legal, privacy, and responsible AI review, and maintain documentation of model use, data handling, and approved use cases.
• Define and track benefit metrics — adoption, time saved, quality improvement, cost avoided — and report outcomes against the original business case.
• Own AI platform and inference cost management, including budget forecasting and per-workload cost attribution.
• Partner with enablement and change management teams to drive adoption after launch.
