About The Position

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Director to lead the technical realization of AI and Emerging Tech portfolios. This is a delivery-first leadership role focused on building the delivery capacity and capability required to meet the evolving needs of our most strategic accounts. This role requires a strong mix of delivery leadership, an innovation mindset and client partnership. While the Business Units (SBUs) own direct account delivery, you will be the AI Lab SPOC liaising with SBU Heads to understand their AI strategies for their growth accounts. You are responsible for facilitating cross-SBU knowledge sharing, defining AI-native bestpractices, and ensuring that each Business Unit has the technical capacity and talent strategy required to execute its specific AI roadmaps The ideal candidate is a builder—someone who can operate at both strategic and ground level, drive transformation through AI and engineering excellence, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 18+ Years of Technology Leadership: Extensive background in software engineering and global delivery management.
  • AI/Emerging Tech Expertise: Minimum 5+ years leading high-stakes AI/ML or GenAI delivery programs from discovery to scale.
  • Strategic Scaling: Proven success in building global delivery teams from the ground up to support rapid enterprise expansion.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to build trusted-advisor relationships at the VP and C-suite level through technical credibility and reliable delivery.
  • Technical Roots: Strong understanding of modern delivery models, including Agile, and AI-driven engineering workflows.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the bridge between the GTM Team, Technical R&D, and Business Units.
  • Define and introduce AI-native delivery methodologies to improve AI delivery velocity and quality.
  • Ensure that while SBUs own the delivery, they are adhering to organization-wide standards.
  • Work closely with Client Partners to build delivery capacity in line with near and mid-term AI growth.
  • Lead demand forecasting with Business Units and fulfillment strategies to ensure readiness for AI project staffing.
  • Oversee talent planning, utilization, attrition management, rotation planning and succession planning.
  • Partner with L&D, Talent Acquisition and staffing teams to define and acquire the core AI competencies required for the next 12–24 months of demand, ensuring BUs have access to a high-caliber talent bench.
  • Act as the delivery SPOC for AI Labs for key strategic accounts, participating in high-level client sessions to translate AI roadmaps into executable plans.
  • Lead complex client conversations regarding delivery roadmaps, value realization, and technical risk management.
  • Support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and proposal reviews for AI.
  • Build long-term, trusted-advisor relationships with CXO-level stakeholders by demonstrating deep technical credibility and consistent delivery reliability.
  • Serve as the final technical authority for critical client escalations, ensuring swift resolution through architectural or operational interventions.
