About The Position

We are looking for a visionary AI Creative to support the Marketing Team in AI-enabled marketing, blending storytelling with cutting-edge technology. This role is for a true hybrid creative: someone who can develop innovative concepts and also bring them to life through hands-on execution using Google's latest AI tools. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of social-first campaigns, from writing compelling scripts with Gemini to leveraging advanced AI models for video and asset creation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in AI tools Google suite including Gemini, Veo, and Nano Banana for text, image, and video generation
  • Native or near-native German language skills alongside English for international collaboration
  • Proven track record of creative output evidenced through a strong portfolio or social media content
  • High degree of autonomy and the ability to manage independent workstreams remotely
  • Capability to blend strategic direction, creative execution, and technical AI skills
  • Strong alignment with brand standards while maintaining speed and innovation in content production
  • Quick adaptation to emerging technologies and the evolving landscape of AI in marketing
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of engaging, social-first marketing campaigns from initial concept to final execution, utilizing a suite of AI tools to produce video, image, and text-based content.
  • Rapidly prototype new creative ideas and formats.
  • Write and refine sharp, compelling scripts and creative prompts tailored for various digital platforms.
  • Use Gemini to accelerate ideation, storyboarding, and asset generation.
  • Employ a strong sense of design, aesthetics, and user experience to ensure all assets are not only technically impressive but also tasteful.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team, brand managers, and other stakeholders to ensure creative output is aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Actively research and experiment with the latest advancements in AI, creative coding toolkits, and interactive technologies to continuously push the boundaries of what's possible and are inspired by what is being experimented with across the AI builders communities.
