We need a Product Marketing Copywriter who's curious enough to dig into what we're creating and talented enough to explain it in ways that work for everyone - whether its a seasoned CEO or a high schooler automating homework. You'll work with product and marketing to understand what we're building, then translate it into copy that lands. You need to track what's resonating in the market right now and use AI yourself - building and refining ClickUp's very own Super Agents (don't worry, we'll show you how!) that make the whole team's work better. Requirements

  • Proven experience writing high-performing copy for SaaS, tech, or product marketing (portfolio required).
  • Deep understanding of software and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated excitement and confidence in leveraging AI to enhance writing and workflows.
  • Experience building or managing AI-driven tools, agents, or automations.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Creative, hungry, and always pushing for the next level of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Craft exceptional copy for product launches, feature announcements, pricing & packaging, and campaigns across all channels (web, email, in-app, social, and more).
  • Write like a human for fellow humans. You can explain groundbreaking tech without sounding like you're explaining groundbreaking tech.
  • Own tight iteration loops with PMM, Content, Creative, and Web teams: write drafts, incorporate feedback quickly, and maintain version control in Docs/tasks until final.
  • Use qualitative and performance inputs to validate and refine messaging (user feedback, internal reviews, and post-launch learnings).
  • Operationalize learnings into scalable workflows: templates, prompt libraries, and Super Agent workflows that help the broader marketing org draft, QA, and update high performing copy faster while staying on brand.
