About The Position

Stewart is expanding its enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other generative AI tools. We are seeking an AI & Copilot Engineer I to join our Cloud Collaboration Services team. This early career role is ideal for candidates with a Computer Science or MIS background who are eager to grow their skills in AI, automation, and Microsoft cloud technologies while supporting a large enterprise user base. In this role, you will help deploy and support Copilot capabilities, contribute to AI powered workflows and Copilot agents, support user enablement, and assist with governance practices that guide responsible use of generative AI at Stewart.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 0-2 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud services, or technical support.
  • Associates degree in relevant field preferred
  • Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain them preferred: AI‑900: Azure AI Fundamentals MS‑900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals PL‑900: Power Platform Fundamentals

Responsibilities

  • Assist with configuring, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Install software patches, support end-user issues, and maintain system health and availability.
  • Provide software systems analysis to support daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Write and execute scripts or small programs to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality.
  • Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities for infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
  • Provide first‑line support, documentation, and training to help internal users adopt Copilot effectively.
  • Partner with Stewart IT and business teams to build and maintain AI‑powered workflows and Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
  • Monitor and resolve system latency issues to ensure responsive and reliable system performance.
  • Utilize AI-powered monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify system performance issues and reduce downtime.
  • Apply AI-driven automation to streamline routine system administration tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Leverage machine learning–based analytics to detect anomalies, predict system failures, and support root cause analysis.
  • Follows routine assignments in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to address standard problems.
  • Analyzes basic information to support work-related decisions; escalates matters outside defined scope as appropriate.
  • Individual contributor performing work under direct supervision.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
