Requirements

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining enterprise AI content repositories, skills registries, timely libraries, and knowledge resources.
Setting up operational procedures for the creation, review, maintenance, and retirement of AI content assets.
Partnering with AI Governance and Compliance to operationalize approved policies, standards, and mentorship.
Developing and maintaining internal documentation, playbooks, wikis, and user resources.
Managing AI content quality, consistency, ownership, and lifecycle management.
Coordinating communications and change management activities related to AI content and workforce enablement.
Identifying duplicate or overlapping content, prompts, skills, and workflows while driving reuse across business units.
Supporting reporting, inventory management, and audit readiness for enterprise AI assets.
Working with content creators, educators, product teams, and business collaborators to promote consistent adoption of approved practices.
