About The Position

MIRA Safety is offering a 16-week, one-semester educational internship for college students, recent graduates, and aspiring digital creators interested in generative AI and digital media. The program combines guided learning with practical creative projects, helping interns develop skills in AI-powered content creation, video production, digital storytelling, and modern marketing. Interns receive guidance from creative and marketing professionals and may work on projects for an international brand. The internship is based in Austin, Texas, or remote, with a flexible academic schedule and a commitment of 20 hours per week.

Interns will learn to use selected professional AI platforms and creative tools to develop images, short-form videos, advertisements, product visuals, and promotional campaigns. Learning activities may include prompt development and iteration, combining AI-generated assets with traditional editing, exploring AI voiceovers and animation, researching emerging tools, and receiving feedback from the team. Projects are assigned based on learning goals, interests, and skill development. The program also covers responsible AI content creation, copyright awareness, and brand consistency.

Interns may receive access to selected paid AI platforms for approved activities, guided instruction and practical assignments, portfolio-building opportunities subject to company approval and confidentiality requirements, and mentorship from marketing and creative professionals. Eligible interns may receive a recommendation letter after successful completion. High-performing interns may be considered for future paid internships, freelance opportunities, or entry-level positions, depending on business needs.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• College student or recent graduate studying digital media, marketing, graphic design, film production, communications, computer science, or a related field.
• Interest in AI-generated videos and imagery, creative technologies, or the impact of AI on digital content.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, or other generative AI tools.
• Interest in video editing, filmmaking, animation, or graphic design.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software.
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and digital content trends.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• A creative portfolio or examples of work, if available (optional).

Responsibilities

• Learn to generate professional AI images, short-form videos, and digital marketing content.
• Experiment with text-to-image, image-to-video, and text-to-video technologies; develop prompts and improve outputs through creative iteration.
• Create visual content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Assist with AI-generated advertisements, product visuals, and promotional campaigns.
• Learn to combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing techniques.
• Explore AI voiceovers, digital avatars, animation, and cinematic storytelling.
• Research emerging AI technologies and present recommendations to the creative team.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content professionals; participate in brainstorming sessions and receive feedback.
• Learn responsible AI content creation, copyright awareness, and brand consistency.
• Contribute to projects involving AI video creation, advertising and marketing, visual storytelling, product content, and exploration of emerging AI technologies.
