About The Position
Productive Playhouse is seeking an AI Chatbot Tester for the SHINE project, a contractor assignment focused on developing a next-generation health assistant. This role involves evaluating how effectively the system uses real user data, such as wearable metrics and health-related interactions, to provide personalized and actionable guidance. The goal is to move beyond raw data and replace complex 'walls of numbers' with a personalized coach that offers clear, actionable, and friendly guidance. The tester will engage in free-form conversations with an AI assistant, evaluate the personalization of responses based on their data, and complete structured evaluation forms.
Requirements
- Must own and actively use a wearable smart device.
- Must have an Android or iOS smartphone.
- Must be willing to connect personal health data (via secure integration).
- Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
- Must be 18+ and based in the USA.
- Must not have previously connected or used Strava.
- Must be able to complete required tasks by May 8th.
- Must have immediate availability.
Responsibilities
- Select a health or wellness topic relevant to you
- Engage in a natural, free-form conversation with an AI assistant
- Evaluate how well the system personalizes responses based on your data
- Complete structured evaluation forms based on your experience
Benefits
- Flat fee of $250 for the first 4 conversations (including setup)
- Additional $65 for each qualified conversation completed thereafter
