The AI Change Management & Enablement Lead is responsible for driving the organizational adoption and workforce transformation efforts that support the successful deployment of Artificial Intelligence across Hyperion. The role focuses on ensuring employees, leaders, and business functions are prepared to integrate AI-enabled tools, processes, and ways of working into their daily operations while realizing measurable business value. This position leads enterprise change management, communication, learning, and capability-building initiatives that accelerate AI adoption and workforce readiness. Working closely with business leaders, IT, HR, and functional teams, the role develops scalable frameworks, enablement programs, and engagement strategies that help embed AI into the organization’s culture and operating model. The role serves as the primary link between AI technology implementation and organizational change, ensuring that AI solutions are adopted responsibly, supported through effective governance and education, and sustained through continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing capability development.
