Requirements

Master's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
Minimum 15 years' experience, including at least 3 years in large-scale new product monetization, business development, or strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated success in bringing multiple generations of AI products or solutions to market-ideation through launch.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations.
Expertise in crafting and implementing innovative monetization models (subscription, tiered offerings, API licensing, etc.).
Advanced analytical, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the semiconductor and/or EDA industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Defining and executing the business strategy for the New Ventures AI portfolio, establishing vision, roadmap, and commercialization plans for emerging products and solutions.
Developing and implementing innovative pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse AI offerings and market segments.
Partnering with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align monetization models with customer needs, compliance, and market trends.
Conducting comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to inform business development and growth initiatives.
Building and managing strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners-data providers, infrastructure, and distribution channels-to amplify reach and impact.
Leading joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, ensuring all agreements adhere to the highest standards of security, governance, and ethical practices.
Collaborating with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure global data protection and responsible AI practices are embedded in every product launch.
Presenting growth forecasts, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, driving consensus and action.
