Within the EY-Parthenon's service line, the AI Business Solutions team focuses on unlocking our opportunity potential for client AI solutions across EYP. We are a group of experienced professionals with deep technical expertise, business understanding, and consulting skills, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and actionable client solutions. As such, we bring a wealth of knowledge to our clients in the context of complex AI implementations.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
- Significant management consulting experience.
- Proven history of developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings, ideally across multiple sectors.
- Experience engaging directly with clients to assess their needs and propose AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior professionals to ensure project success and knowledge sharing.
- Deep knowledge of AI fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and programming languages like Python.
- Competence in crafting scalable, maintainable AI systems, with proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), microservices, and APIs.
- Knowledge of AI-related security risks, data privacy, bias mitigation, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR or industry-specific standards).

- MBA is preferred.

- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Lead the solutioning and deployment of AI solutions, working across various sectors to solve complex problems and improve performance.
- Help clients navigate the AI landscape, developing innovative solutions in support of EY-Parthenon offerings.
- Engage directly with clients to assess their needs, support/lead positioning meetings, conduct workshops, and propose AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage large datasets, build data pipelines, and ensure data quality, preprocessing, and governance for AI applications.
- Manage time, prioritize tasks, and lead or contribute to project workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and support key decision makers.
