About The Position
MCI is seeking a strategic and analytical AI Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and AI-driven solutions. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities where AI can improve business performance, gathering requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable value. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, AI engineers, and operational leaders to drive successful AI adoption across the organization. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, consulting, operations, or related disciplines.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and meetings.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of project delivery and business analysis methodologies.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience supporting technology or transformation projects.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or automation initiatives.
- Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
