About The Position

We’re hiring an early‑career AI Automation Engineer to help build the next generation of AI‑driven automation and reliability platforms. This role is ideal for a recent graduate from a top Computer Science or Computer Engineering program who has very strong hands‑on experience with AI and Generative AI through internships, research, labs, or real‑world projects. You’ll work at the intersection of Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and reliability engineering, building systems that detect issues, reason about them, and take action—often autonomously. Think AI agents, self‑healing systems, intelligent runbooks, and automated incident response at real enterprise scale. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience (can include internships, co‑ops, research, and strong project work. At least 1-2 internships and/or co-ops required. Hands on work experience is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Very strong experience with AI and Generative AI LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, agents, or AI automation projects
  • Hands‑on coding experience in Python (or similar language)
  • Experience building or experimenting with: AI agents or autonomous workflows
  • Experience building or experimenting with: AI‑powered tools, bots, or decision systems
  • Core programming Python, SQL, Java/Scala/JavaScript, Git, GitHub, VSCode
  • Data Analysis NumPy
  • Autonomous agents LangChain, OpenAI APIs/Azure OpenAI, MCP
  • Data Engineering Snowflake, Kafka, Airflow
  • Database Oracle, PostgreSQL
  • Monitoring ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus
  • Collaboration: Jeera, Microsoft Teams

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to cloud platforms, containers or Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud, or DevOps tools
  • Familiarity with logs, metrics, or monitoring concepts
  • Experience using AI for automation, reliability, or system analysis

Responsibilities

  • Build Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that automate system monitoring, incident analysis, and remediation
  • Develop AI‑powered assistants and runbooks that guide engineers during incidents
  • Create autonomous workflows that analyze logs, metrics, and events and take corrective actions
  • Write clean, production‑ready automation code (Python, scripts, APIs)
  • Partner with engineers to improve system reliability, performance, and observability
  • Learn core SRE fundamentals: reliability, monitoring, incident response, and postmortems
