About The Position

We are looking for a skilled AI Architect with expertise in OpenAI, ChatBot automation, Various other available frameworks to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and develop advanced AI-driven chatbot systems that enhance user engagement and automate communication processes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of these solutions, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience as an AI Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on chatbot technologies and automation.
Extensive knowledge of programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Experience in implementing NLP techniques, machine learning algorithms, and conversational AI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex architecture and design considerations.
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven Solutions and chatbot solutions to improve customer interaction and automate business processes.
Develop architectural frameworks and set technical standards for chatbot development, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning models, and backend integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Conduct continuous research on current and emerging technologies to find new tools and approaches for enhancing chatbot functionalities.
Monitor the performance of AI systems and make adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, promoting best practices in AI development and integration.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when designing and implementing solutions.
