AI Architect

Elyon International•Washington, DC

About The Position

ELYON International, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural direction for artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions supporting a large-scale federal healthcare modernization program. The role is responsible for designing secure, scalable, enterprise-ready AI solutions, including generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and data-driven applications. The AI Architect will work with technical leadership, data teams, cloud engineers, application teams, cybersecurity professionals, and government stakeholders to translate mission and business requirements into effective AI architectures. The position leads architecture and technical design from proof of concept through production deployment; establishes enterprise AI strategy, standards, and reusable patterns; and supports secure integration with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments. It also provides architectural guidance for data architecture, MLOps, model deployment and lifecycle management, and responsible AI governance. The role includes participation in architecture reviews and technical evaluations, collaboration on security and compliance, mentoring technical team members, and communicating recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position is contingent upon ELYON’s receipt of contract award, Government acceptance of the proposed candidate, completion of required onboarding, and continued contract funding.
