About The Position

Dreamix is actively seeking a visionary AI Architect to join their growing team. The role focuses on bridging the gap between business objectives and practical AI implementation, specifically for transforming the customer support lifecycle with predictive and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will enjoy driving innovation from prototype to production and acting as a technical mentor in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture, software engineering, or data science roles, with a strong focus on advanced technology implementations.
• Strong expertise in AI, data science, and automation, with a proven track record of deploying and maintaining models in production environments.
• Demonstrated experience scaling AI solutions specifically within customer support, service operations, or customer success ecosystems.
• Proven ability to connect business objectives with practical AI implementation, continuously refining AI usage to optimize support delivery and transformation outcomes.
• Strong capability to identify AI-driven innovation opportunities, rapidly build prototypes for next-generation solutions, and drive measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and oversee the AI capabilities powering reactive, proactive, and predictive customer support across all products and solutions.
• Analyze customer issues and risk patterns to embed predictive and preventative AI capabilities directly into the support lifecycle.
• Lead the ideation, prototyping, and scaling of AI-driven solutions from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full production.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, product, and customer-facing teams to implement, optimize, and align solutions with business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate new AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and data compliance.
• Act as a mentor within a network of AI and technical experts, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and driving value realization and adoption.
