As a Solutions Principal Sr, you will be responsible for shaping complex AI infrastructure opportunities from early executive engagement through solution strategy, delivery approach, and customer confidence. We will count on you to work in close conjunction with AI Specialist Solutions Architects, sellers, partner teams, and delivery leaders to ensure Insight is positioned as a trusted advisor for enterprise AI infrastructure decisions. Requirements
- Experience operating as a senior strategic advisor in complex enterprise infrastructure, AI infrastructure, cloud, data center modernization, or hybrid platform opportunities.
- Ability to lead executive and senior technical conversations while leaving detailed BOM creation, component-level sizing, and hands-on design execution to aligned Solutions Architects and engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of GPU-accelerated infrastructure, AI platform architecture, hybrid deployment models, and the operational considerations required to move from pilot to production.
- Ability to translate customer business priorities into solution strategy, delivery approach, risk considerations, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Establish trust in priority accounts by engaging customer executives and senior technical stakeholders around AI infrastructure strategy, economics, governance, operating model, and time to value.
- Frame the customer decision so Insight is seen as a strategic advisor rather than only a hardware, platform, or bill-of-materials provider.
- Stay engaged through the pursuit lifecycle at the level of strategy, value, delivery approach, risk, and executive alignment while AI Specialist Solutions Architects lead the detailed technical motion.
- Guide deal strategy in partnership with sellers, GTM leaders, AI Specialist Solutions Architects, delivery leaders, and practice leadership.
