About The Position

Client's AIOps team needs someone who owns agent architecture, orchestration, and the trust/autonomy boundary — deciding when an agent acts vs. defers to a human. The need is for someone who has taken multi-agent or autonomous AI systems from prototype to production at real scale — a system that makes decisions and takes actions, not a chatbot wrapper.

Requirements

• 7–8 years overall experience
• At least 3–4 years recent, hands-on work building and shipping an agentic or autonomous AI system in production
• Direct ownership of core architecture — not a contributor on someone else's design
• Experience at a company like Meta, NVIDIA, AWS, or Google/Gemini (or equivalent AI-native scale-up)
• Experience building evaluation systems that proved the agent was reliable enough to run with real autonomy

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to a regulated or mission-critical environment (finance, healthcare, infra)
