About The Position

The AI Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing LLM-powered workflows, including briefing, enrichment, signals, and pitch preparation. This role involves defining the entire AI pipeline, from prompt design and retrieval to orchestration, routing, and fallback logic. A key aspect is designing a hybrid compute strategy that integrates on-device AI (AI Kit) with server-side LLMs. The architect will also establish crucial guardrails to ensure accuracy, prevent hallucination, and maintain compliance alignment, while ensuring seamless enterprise integration with CRM APIs, mobile platforms, and backend systems.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, embeddings, multi-step reasoning.
• Prior experience building/architecting AI systems in production
• Understanding of PII handling, governance, and secure AI practices
• Ability to optimize latency and model performance for mobile contexts
