About The Position

The Opportunity As an AI Architect Manager, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs within our Assurance practice. You will leverage your experience in analyzing requirements and developing technical designs to enable the successful delivery of solutions. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience

Designing end-to-end enterprise solutions across applications, data, integrations, cloud platforms, security, scalability, and delivery standards

Demonstrating proficiency in Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Solution Architecture
Utilizing Microsoft Azure for cloud-based solutions and services
Excelling in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance performance

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to optimize technology infrastructure
Analyzing client requirements and developing technical designs to deliver innovative technology solutions

Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in technology solutions
