Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and enterprise application delivery
• 5+ years of hands-on Azure or Google Cloud architecture experience
• 3+ years designing and implementing AI/Generative AI solutions
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale application modernization and cloud transformation projects
• Strong background in delivering digital platforms and enterprise integrations
• Proficiency in Azure PaaS services (App Services, AKS, Functions, API Management), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), and Azure AI stack

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Gemini Enterprise for CX, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory
• Familiarity with vector databases, Semantic Kernel, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Advanced knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights

Responsibilities

• Assess legacy applications and architect modern, cloud-native solutions
• Lead end-to-end migrations from on-premises to Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability and resilience
• Develop and execute modernization roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals
• Design and implement AI-driven business capabilities using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Generative AI technologies
• Build enterprise copilots, intelligent assistants, and advanced knowledge management systems
• Architect robust enterprise integration solutions leveraging Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Hubs
• Establish secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, embedding best practices for governance and security
• Set architectural standards and operational best practices for cloud platforms
