About The Position

The role involves instrumenting the performance of healthcare AI Employees in production, identifying quality issues, and designing experiments to improve performance. This position requires close collaboration with clinical experts to ensure improvements lead to better patient outcomes. The engagement is structured as a paid internship or contract role, with weekly syncs in the Bay Area office.
