Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience (Python, Java, or Node.js)
• 2+ years developing AI/LLM-powered applications
• Experience implementing RAG architectures, vector databases, and document ingestion pipelines
• Working proficiency with LLM orchestration frameworks — LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude models
• Hands-on experience building chatbot and/or voicebot solutions
• Solid prompt engineering skills — few-shot prompting, structured outputs, and response validation
• Strong problem-solving ability with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
