About The Position

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Migration Specialist to lead end-to-end data center application and cloud migration initiatives. In this role, you will design and execute ETL pipelines, conduct post-migration validation, and ensure absolute data integrity across large-scale systems. You will leverage SQL, Python, Power BI, and modern AI-assisted tools to automate validation workflows, clean complex datasets, and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Information Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with database/application migrations, data center support, and ETL pipeline development.

• Experience using AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and automated validation tools.

• Background in retail or enterprise-scale pricing/operational data analysis.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and server management environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration processes including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), cleansing, and post-cutover quality assurance.
• Perform data reconciliation, source-to-target validation, and post-migration audits using SQL and Python to remediate discrepancies and ensure complete data integrity.
• Utilize AI-assisted analytics and migration tools alongside Python (pandas, NumPy) to automate repetitive validation tasks, accelerating overall project timelines.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards utilizing DAX and structured data models to track migration KPIs, data quality metrics, and operational performance.
• Serve as a bridge between technical migration teams and business operators, translating business rules into clear migration and data requirements.
