Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
2+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions, including at least 1 year of AI/ML testing experience.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
Experience working in agile development environments.
Fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role.

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks for AI systems, including bias testing, performance testing, and security testing.
Familiarity with Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI frameworks.
Experience with testing tools such as DeepChecks, or similar AI-focused.
Experience in API integration and development.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with our client stakeholders to understand use cases and key business processes that the AI solutions will support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, architects, engineers to translate requirements in robust AI solutions integrating without client’s technology stack.
Continuously learn, experiment, and test new AI tools, platforms, technologies, and techniques.
Create comprehensive test plans for AI-based applications, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical considerations.
