Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, data support, automation initiatives, or related roles
  • Internship, academic project, or hands‑on exposure to analytics or automation tools considered relevant experience
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL and data warehouse concepts (ETL/ELT, structured datasets) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with AI and automation concepts preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a cross‑functional technical environment
  • Interest in innovation and process improvement
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance (per employment requirements)
  • Sedentary work: exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount frequently ; repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational knowledge of SQL and data warehouse concepts (ETL/ELT, structured datasets) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support identification and evaluation of business processes suitable for AI enablement or RPA
  • Gather, clarify, and document requirements for AI, automation, and data warehouse initiatives
  • Translate operational needs into structured specifications for Data Engineering and technical teams
  • Assess data availability, data quality, and process readiness to support AI initiatives
  • Help define objectives and measurable outcomes for AI‑driven solutions and contribute to business case documentation and proof‑of‑concepts
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, validation activities, and post‑implementation monitoring to ensure alignment with intended outcomes
  • Maintain documentation of workflows, logic, assumptions, and process maps
  • Participate in data governance and stewardship efforts to support responsible AI practices
  • Stay informed on emerging AI and automation technologies and share relevant insights with the team
  • Function in accordance with operational guidelines and professional ethics; participate in staff development activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
