About The Position

As a Senior Associate in Branch Strategy & Execution, you will help design strategy and execute and implement AI and analytics solutions that drive measurable business value for sales teams across strategic initiatives. You will lead work that brings analytics and responsible artificial intelligence into everyday branch workflows, partnering across strategy, product, data science, engineering, and business teams.

A priority use case is the patent-pending Blueprint application, which aims to help branch managers and Market Directors coach effectively, bring company culture to life, and understand how to succeed in their local markets. The team builds AI and machine learning solutions tailored to individual branches to improve performance. Other use cases include sales funnel optimization, meeting preparation, and agents for banker activities.

The role includes defining the vision and delivery plans for priority initiatives, translating business needs into scalable solutions, measuring business impact, influencing stakeholders, and managing execution across workstreams. It also focuses on responsible development, strong data quality and governance, integrating solutions into human-centered workflows, and driving adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, product, technology, or technical program management.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and delivering initiatives across organizations without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, analytics, business intelligence, and governance.
• Experience implementing artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize user experience, drive measurable outcomes, and integrate into human-centered workflows.
• Experience with risk, controls, and governance requirements for data and artificial intelligence solutions.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable data, analytics, and technology solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs.
• Demonstrated commitment to data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor in decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and artificial intelligence-enabled productivity tools.

• Experience partnering with sales, product, data, and analytics organizations.
• Knowledge of how machine learning and artificial intelligence can enhance forecasting, optimization, or decisioning workflows.
• Product lifecycle experience, including product management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through deployment and adoption across data science, product, engineering, and business partners.
• Translate business priorities into scalable data, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions.
• Shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan for priority use cases, including the Blueprint application.
• Define problem statements, success metrics, and measurement plans to track business impact.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and actionably to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment, prioritization, and timely decision-making.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, timelines, and execution challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Embed solutions into human-centered workflows that enable better coaching and sales execution.
• Partner with teams to strengthen data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor across deliverables.
• Ensure solutions are developed responsibly and aligned with enterprise risk, control, and artificial intelligence governance standards.
• Drive change management and adoption plans to help teams realize sustained value.
