Requirements

Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two years in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, data analysis, machine learning, generative AI, Azure, Git/GitHub, or Power Platform.
Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
AI, machine learning, or software development project experience.
Exposure to cloud technologies, automation, and process improvement.
Familiarity with the energy, manufacturing, or field service industries.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and building AI-powered solutions, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent automation capabilities.
Support Generative AI initiatives using modern AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop prompts, workflows, and prototypes that help improve employee productivity and business efficiency.
Participate in AI proof-of-concepts and innovation projects.
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using modern analytics tools.
Support data-driven decision making across the organization.
Partner with business teams to understand challenges and identify innovative solutions.
Evaluate opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline workflows.
Help measure and communicate the value delivered by AI and analytics initiatives.
Develop and enhance applications, APIs, and integrations that support AI solutions.
Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
Follow software development and technology best practices.
Support user training and adoption activities.
Help educate employees on AI capabilities and responsible use practices.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and AI best practices.
