Kaufman Lynn is seeking an entry-level AI Analyst to support the company by developing and implementing practical AI-driven solutions that enhance work accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making. This role will focus on leveraging existing AI tools and frontier models to build skills, prompts, and workflows that apply artificial intelligence to real-world construction scenarios, including generating Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budgets based on historical project data. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a background in artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field who is interested in applying technical skills in a practical, business-focused environment. As our organization continues to expand its use of artificial intelligence across operations, this role is positioned to evolve alongside that trajectory. The AI Analyst will not only contribute to immediate analytical needs but will also have the opportunity to shape and grow with the company's broader AI strategy, taking on increasing responsibility, influence, and scope as the technology matures and its applications deepen across the business.
