About The Position

Concurrency is seeking an AI Agents Product Owner to lead the discovery, delivery, and adoption of agentic AI solutions across enterprise operations, knowledge work, and product innovation. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that AI agents are purposeful, scalable, secure, and deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, leads by example, and focuses on transforming ideas into tangible working solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile delivery environment.
5+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, automation, or AI-driven solutions.
Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, agentic workflows, and LLM-enabled systems.
Proven experience translating complex business processes into scalable digital or AI solutions.
Experience managing backlogs, prioritizing value, and guiding teams from discovery to production.
Ability to collaborate and influence across business, engineering, and data teams in a matrixed organization.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Execution-oriented mindset with comfort operating in fast-changing environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with AI agents or autonomous/semi-autonomous systems in production environments.
Background supporting manufacturing, operations, or product R&D workflows.
Familiarity with enterprise agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience driving adoption and change management for new AI-enabled ways of working.
Strong systems thinking and ability to decompose complex workflows into agent-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the vision and roadmap for AI agent solutions across operations, back-office functions, and product development.
Identify, prioritize, and shape high-impact AI agent use cases that automate execution-heavy work and augment decision-making.
Own and manage the AI agents product backlog, translating business workflows into agent capabilities, user stories, and technical requirements.
Lead the full AI agent lifecycle from discovery and proof-of-concept through production deployment and continuous optimization.
Drive agile delivery, sprint execution, and coordination across engineering teams and delivery partners.
Partner closely with business leaders, data scientists, architects, and IT to embed agents into core workflows.
Champion adoption through training, demos, and change enablement, helping teams understand how agents augment human work.
Ensure agent solutions align with governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
