About The Position

At arrivia, we are looking for an AI Agent Builder to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents that automate complex work and scale our impact globally. This role involves acting as an internal consultant, translating business challenges into agent-based solutions. You will architect workflows that define how marketing, brand, and analytics teams evolve, focusing on automating recurring tasks, developing and fine-tuning AI agents, and partnering with various teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities. You will also develop reusable agent frameworks, templates, and prompt standards to ensure accuracy, actionability, and security of outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high proficiency with Python, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot, and agent-enabling platforms (e.g., Claude, Codex, n8n).
• Deep expertise in APIs and Webhooks is essential for connecting agents to our tech stack.
• Proficiency in HTML & CSS for email optimization.
• Experience managing databases like SQL or Firebase.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Marketo and/or Tealium.
• A strong grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging agentic design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step agent architectures that automate recurring marketing, analytics, and operational tasks.
• Develop and "fine-tune" AI agents, copilots, and subject-matter expert agents that integrate directly into our marketing ecosystem.
• Partner with Performance, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to identify and prioritize high-impact automation—from email code optimization and brand voice consistency to lead quality analysis.
• Develop reusable agent frameworks, templates, and prompt standards that ensure our outputs are accurate, actionable, and secure.
