About The Position

The purpose and summary statement of this role is the sales of all agronomy components within the location. This includes year-round relationship building with current and prospect customer bases, promotion of Aurora Cooperative as a valued partner, and inventory management of all products handled. Additionally, seasonal in-field scouting and farm visibility are expected to build trust and credibility with customers.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• HazMat endorsement

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree or higher
• 2 years of sales experience

Responsibilities

• Sales of Seed, Fertilizer, Crop Protection, R2G products, Aerial, Yield Advantage, Grid Sampling, Custom Application Service and follow up after all sales
• Year around Relationship building with the current and prospect customer base
• Promotion of the Aurora Cooperative as a valued partner to the customer base
• Inventory management of all products handled
• Seasonal in-field scouting and visibility on the farm to earn trust and credibility with the customer
