This internship offers "hands on" experience in the conservation and sustainability sector of the agronomy business, while providing quality technical service for IAS and its member owners. The intern will assist growers with conservation efforts, collect operational data for financial assistance programs, and aid in delivering training on soil health and cover crops. A key responsibility will be leading a field trial to demonstrate conservation practice implementation, analyze data, and develop insights for educational case studies. The intern will also participate in partner meetings, trainings, and other events.
