About The Position

This is a full-time position for an Agronomy Equipment Operator in Adams, WI. The primary objectives of this role are to deliver and distribute agronomy products professionally and in a timely manner, assist in optimizing the cooperative’s market and efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and perform all tasks with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have or be able to obtain a Wisconsin Certified Applicators License
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
• Must be able to bend, climb, and have good leg and arm dexterity

Nice To Haves

• CDL Class A License preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate spraying and spreading equipment properly
• Mix fertilizer and chemicals properly to ensure quality standards and accuracy
• Deliver products to appropriate customers in a timely manner
• Report needed inventory items to supervisor
• Ensure all delivery tickets are accurate and filled out correctly
• Keep accurate log of all fields, acres, rates, product, and weather
• Inform supervisor of any potential problems or new business opportunities
• Perform all other duties as assigned
