About The Position

The primary role of the Agronomy Associate is to support the team in customer service. This position requires a strong work ethic, passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. The associate will develop an understanding of the products handled and contribute to various operational tasks within the agronomy and grain departments.

Responsibilities

Mixing liquid fertilizer and loading tanks
Mixing bulk fertilizer and loading trucks
Assisting with receiving bulk fertilizers and seeds
Assisting with loadout or receiving of liquid fertilizer, dry fertilizer, chemicals, and seed from the warehouse
Making deliveries to customers of crop inputs, including seed and fertilizer
Assisting with custom application services including delivery, application and maintenance
Assisting customers at the facility
Assisting with repairs on equipment, in addition to performing preventative maintenance on equipment grain or agronomy
Assisting in grain with grading grain, loading & unloading trucks/rail cars and data entry
Promoting a safe work environment
Operating forklift and other equipment on site
Performing temporary duties in other departments during peak business seasons or times of increased demand to ensure smooth company operations.
