About The Position

Join Our Team! Ag Partners is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Agronomy Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Elgin, MN. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced agricultural environment, we'd love to hear from you. In this full-time role, you'll support our agronomy team by taking orders, answering billing questions, greeting customers, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Agronomy or agriculture experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Available for overtime and occasional Saturday mornings during the busy season (April–July)
• Must be over age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Administrative or basic accounting experience
• Experience with AgVantage or willingness to learn
• Agronomy, agriculture, or cooperative industry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer, billing, and inventory records
• Be the go-to resource for customers and team members at the location
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Answer billing questions and process customer payments
• Take customer orders and assist with daily office operations
• Support agronomy sales and operations staff
• Assist with seasonal projects and administrative tasks as needed
