Requirements

  • Understanding of the timing, pressure, and language of the prairies (farm background or industry work experience).
  • Self-starter attitude with enjoyment of finding new opportunities and closing deals.
  • Value of follow-up and understanding that the relationship starts after the sale.
  • Professional communication skills, comfortable in various settings (truck cab, shop, boardroom).
  • A 'get it done' attitude.
  • Passion for Saskatchewan Agriculture.

Responsibilities

  • Visiting customers on their home turf to listen, ask questions, and solve problems.
  • Managing the full sales cycle with confidence and team support.
  • Coordinating with rentals, parts, and service teams to ensure customer support.
  • Building a pipeline and reputation within the territory.
