Requirements
- Strong mechanical inclination
- Focus on working accurately, safely, and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions

- Experience working with farm equipment or in a shop environment
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair customer equipment using advanced diagnostic software.
- Service John Deere equipment.
- Service other lines of equipment if required.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency and knowledge, staying updated on technological advancements in the industry.
- Work within the shop or in the field.
- Provide support to farmers during critical points of the season.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Work extended hours during the farming season, including evenings and weekends.
