The Agricultural Service Technician is responsible for installing and repairing tires, wheels, and tracks in designated locations, adhering to safety and established standards. This role involves inspecting and diagnosing issues, performing de-mounting, mounting, and repair of tires on various types of equipment including construction, agricultural, and mining machinery. The technician will operate a service truck, crane, tire manipulator, and other specialized tools safely, driving to and from job sites. Communication with the service manager, sales representatives, and customers is essential. The position also requires performing maintenance and cleaning on tools, equipment, and the service truck, wearing necessary PPE, and ensuring regular attendance. Additional duties include assisting in the main shop with tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and basic equipment repair, as well as completing all required paperwork and managing assigned inventory.
