About The Position

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking an Agricultural Equipment Operator to join their Crop Inputs Division. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining agricultural equipment, including the transportation and application of crop protection products, and handling the loading and unloading of seed, fertilizer, and chemicals. The position requires a commitment to excellent customer service and maintaining the organization of equipment and yard.

Requirements

• Experience working on a farm and/or with agriculture equipment is required
• Experience in mechanical repair and general maintenance of equipment
• Valid Class 1 driver’s license with air brake endorsement and several years driving experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the position and work in all weather conditions
• Flexible work schedule (extended hours may be required)

Responsibilities

• Transportation and application of crop protection products
• Loading the sprayer tank and ensuring proper cleaning
• Operating the floater safely to apply products
• Handling the loading and unloading of seed, fertilizer, and chemicals
• Maintaining agricultural equipment through upkeep and maintenance
• Ensuring the maintenance and organization of the equipment and yard
• Delivering excellent customer service
